Joe Titus
Head of Financial Coaching
With nearly 20 years in the financial industry, Joe has worked with leading institutions including HSBC, M&T Bank, and Mass Mutual. At Pathway Partners, he helps individuals and families build strong financial foundations through clear, practical guidance.
Joe knows firsthand the challenges of balancing work and raising a family. As a father of four, he understands the financial pressures of mortgages, kids’ activities, and planning for the future, and he uses that perspective to provide advice that’s practical, realistic, and easy to apply.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys life in Buffalo — exploring local farmers markets, catching live concerts, cheering on the Bills, coaching his kids’ soccer teams, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Jillian, and their children: Ben, Jack, Audrey, and Drew
John Bruno
Head of Business Coaching
John Bruno, Jr. brings more than 35 years of experience across both corporate roles and outsourced consulting, working with organizations of all sizes — from small businesses to some of the world’s largest multinational companies. His extensive experience spans strategy, operations, and leadership, giving him a unique perspective on building and growing successful organizations.
For 12 years, John served as President and CEO of his family business, guiding its growth and positioning the company for a successful acquisition in 2020.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, John is an original member and two-time finisher of the 11 Day Power Play, completing the grueling event in both 2017 and 2021 — a testament to his dedication, resilience, and drive.
Jaime Hubbell
Business Manager & Client Relations
Jaime Hubbell brings over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, combining deep expertise with a natural intuition for anticipating clients’ needs. Her extensive background managing local restaurants, banquet facilities, and breweries has honed her ability to create seamless, high-quality experiences — skills she now applies to supporting clients with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Born and raised in Niagara County, Jaime enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time outdoors, embracing the same hands-on, thoughtful approach she brings to her work.
She also dedicates time to giving back through volunteering with the Tasha Strong Foundation, reflecting her commitment to supporting her community both personally and professionally.
